This build-to-suit project for the major Springfield Accounting Firm KPM was built on time/on budget by Bill Beall Co., Inc. investors with daily real estate management continuing to be provided by Bill Beall Co., Inc.
Kickapoo Corners Shopping Center is one of Springfield's largest retail and office centers. The center is comprised of over 110,500 sf and four outlots - Cielito Lindo, Wendy's, Starbuck's and Hunsaker Auto Group. Kickapoo Corners is situated on a 12 acre tract on South Campbell Avenue. The Center has been newly remodeled under the direction of Bill Beall Co.,Inc. and is participating in the lively resurgence of development along this south Campbell corridor. Bill Beall Co. is the property manager for this thriving complex.
Chestnut Warehouse is an 88,825 sf office warehouse complex developed and managed by Bill Beall Co. Along with the Chestnut Warehouse Bill Beall Co. manages over 420,000 sf of warehouse facilities throughout Springfield, Missouri.

Logan's Roadhouse, Bill Beall Co. initiated the ground lease agreement on the site where Logan's Roadhouse now resides. Bill Beall Co. has facilitated the development of several of Springfield's restaurant ventures.
