Bill Beall - Owner

Bill started in commercial real estate at the age of 19 when he decided he could pay his way through college at the University of Missouri if he could find a way to buy an apartment house with the right cash flow. With a borrowed down payment from a local banker who, a few years later, became a development partner, he did just that -- and he's been at it ever since.

After college, graduate school and two tours in Viet Nam, Bill sat down with a map and economic survey information -- and without a single personal contact in the area -- Bill selected Springfield, Missouri, as the place that offered the quality of life and the kind of growth opportunity he was looking for. Bill strongly believes Springfield and Southwest Missouri still offer those same advantages to others.

A strong support staff makes this possible. Bill has been in leadership positions in local banking for over 20 years. Brad Beall - General Counsel

Brad joined Bill Beall Company, Inc. in the Spring of 2005. After several years of private law practice in Kansas City, Missouri, Brad and his family chose to return to Springfield for the quality of life and the business opportunities that have attracted so many to this growing area. With experience in corporate, contract and real estate law, Brad's involvement extends to all facets of Bill Beall Company including sales, leasing, property management, project planning and project development. Brad is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and before the United States Court of International Trade. Brad is a graduate of The Colorado College and the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law.

Nancy Herchenroeder - Commercial Real Estate Broker

Nancy Herchenroeder joined Bill Beall Company, Inc. in 1999, and is chiefly responsible for property management, construction management and corporate accounting. With almost twenty-five years of business experience, Nancy brings competence, energy, and an abundance of knowledge to any project. A current assignment includes property management of the Orthopaedic Specialists of Springfield Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center. Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau and has been a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker since 2001.

Joni Mashburn - Commercial Real Estate Agent

Joni Mashburn joined Bill Beall Company, Inc. in 2001. Joni is responsible for the web-based and person-to-person marketing of Bill Beall Company listings, corporate accounting and has special expertise in liaising with City and County government offices regarding site selection and project development issues. She has a reputation among Bill Beall Company clients as a person who gets things done quickly. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Drury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Joni has been a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent since 2001.
